Success is rewarded, even when it comes at the cost of emotional clarity, connection, and truth. How I Came to This Work

I didn’t arrive here through theory or trends.

I arrived through lived experience.

I know what it means to carry responsibility, visibility, and success while quietly losing yourself in the process. I understand the internal tension of showing up strong while feeling disconnected, exhausted, or unseen. And I know the courage it takes to choose wholeness without burning everything down.

That journey reshaped how I understand leadership, burnout, and the cost of performance. Today, I bring that understanding into rooms that require depth, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
